Description The 3D Hoofcare Ed Eclipse Degree hoof pad is particularly useful when you need to correct a horse’s hoof angle. The hoof pad includes a 2-degree wedge that allows you to raise the hoof angle when the horse’s conformation or a hoof injury causes the hoof angle to be low relative to the pastern angle. Designed to assist horses that need bony column support, such as horses that suffer from laminitis. The design allows the frog to share a portion of the load, thereby reducing the load placed on other areas of the hoof.
