Description The Equi-Tek Airlight tendon boot combines cannon bone protection with increased ventilation. The heat released from the horse’s leg passes through the microperforated neoprene layer and is then distributed to the outer shell for release via mesh covered eyelets. Fresh air enters through the horse’s movement and directs the accumulated heat away from the horse’s leg. The boots are anatomically designed to fit securely and comfortably around the horse’s limb. A v-shaped cut-out at the back of the knee ensures that the horse feels no restriction when jumping and flexing the knee. Total freedom of movement is secured. Flexor tendon protection is ensured by the unique combination outer shell, specifically designed to be both shock absorbing and protective. Finished with easy to use quick-release elasticated tabs.
