We’ve tooled up and now injection mold the Base Plate. Gone is the pretty but sadly fragile acrylic sheet. Welcome the POM (Polyoxymethylene). POM has great rigidity, is hard wearing, has a low coefficient of friction, and excellent dimensional stability AKA “it’s shatter proof”
