Description Compression Ball Valves (Double Union Ended) for use with PE pipe. These ball valves are 10 bar rated and are stocked from 20 mm to 63 mm. They are made entirely of plastic and do not contain any steel elements. The body of the fitting is polypropylene which has excellent impact resistance properties. The seals on the ball are EPDM which is compatible with many fluid types Both ends of the valve terminate in a compression fitting which is removable with a union. The valve is opened or closed by rotating the valve head through 90° and can work in a partially opened position. See our valve accessories section for valve access chambers.
