Weighing 80 grams, you’ll hardly notice you are wearing it, even during intense activities. The 3D SlimFit headband optimally distributes weight and is made of a breathable, quick-drying fabric. This keeps the head torch comfortable even during long runs and prevents it from sliding. ## How to use the BioLite Dash 450 head torch The torch features multiple modes: spot (325 lumens), flood (125 lumens), a combination of both, white flashing, red and red flashing light. The button on top of the lamp is easy to operate, even with gloves on. Both the front and rear lights are dimmable, so you can perfectly match the brightness to your activity. You can dim the light by holding down the on/off button when the light is on. The torch also has a transport lock, so it won’t accidentally turn on in your bag. The torch will remember the mode last used. ## Charging the BioLite Dash 450 head torch You charge the torch with the included USB-C cable. It takes approx. 2 hours to fully charge. The torch burns for up to 3 hours at maximum power (450 lumens) and up to 60 hours in the lowest setting (60 lumens). Thanks to its pass-through function, you can charge it during use with a BioLite powerbank. This ensures you stay light even during long treks or ultraruns.
