The softer of the 2 fibers consists of a blend of fibers of different thicknesses. This ensures extremely high water and colour absorption and an even application of colour onto the substrate. The second stiffer fiber undergoes a special tempering process to provide the necessary stability which results in more elasticity and control of the brush tip.
