Description 10 Canadian Dollars Banknote Design The 10 Dollars note front design features Sir John A. Macdonald, Sir George-Étienne Cartier, Agnes Macphail, and James Gladstone at left-center, also in The Hall of Honour in the central corridor of the Centre Block on Parliament Hill. The reverse note side has the image of five different landscapes: Capilano Lake and Lions/Twin Sisters mountains (Western Canada); wheat field outside Regina, Saskatchewan (Prairie provinces); Kipawa River and trees of Canadian Shield in Parc national d’Opémican (Central Canada); also rocky coast of Cape Bonavista (Eastern Canada); northern lights above Wood Buffalo national park (Northern Canada),also across the banknote. This note is part of the 2017 Polymer Commemorative issue series 150th anniversary of confederation and, its color is purple.
